What is not included?

Important Note:
Program participants are paper presenter, discussants, speakers, session organizers, chairs, etc. All paper presenters must register before July 1st 2014. Otherwise their names will not appear in the program book and abstracts of their papers will not be published on the website of ICCPR2014.

To be accepted as a student, you must provide a photocopy of a valid student card or equivalent.

  • welcome reception (upon purchase of a ticket at the registration desk)

What is not included?

Important Note:
Only if tickets left. Daily registration will be available for purchase at the registration desk. A daily registration fee is not available for program participants.

 

All participants fund themselves:
  • Arrival to and departure from the ICCPR2014 in Hildesheim
  • Hotel accommodation (approximately from 150 to 250 EUR)
  • Travel insurance(s) and Visa
  • Optional accompaniment (city tour)

 

TRAVEL GRANTS

We are pleased to offer travel grants to 45 researchers with a need for financial assistance. Eligible scholars should mention their need for a travel grant in the submission form. The amount granted is contingent on the applicants’ country of origin (due to different travel expenses).The following funds are available:

  •  10 Researchers from Germany: 100€ per person
  •  14 Researchers from Europe: 200€ per person
  •  7 Researchers from North Africa: 250€ per person
  •  14 Researchers from Sub-Saharan Africa, Americas, Asia, Oceania: 900€ per person

In addition the registration fee is waived for these researchers.

Please note that we cannot guarantee any funding. Preference is given to those presenting a paper.
